(M.V.A.s), Motor Vehicle Accidents happen every day. Thankfully, with most of them no one is really injured. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident, would you know what information you would need for your accident report? No? This Is An Accident Report Form
If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, and the damage is over $1,000.oo or there is personal injury, you must file an accident report within five (5) working days of the day of the accident.
* One accident report must go the the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
* One accident report must go to the Police Department that has locational jurisdiction.
* One accident report must go to YOUR own insurance company.
